El Roi is God's Name in Hebrew which means "The God Who Sees Me".  In Psalm 139:7 David declared, "I cannot escape from Your Spirit!  I can never get away from Your presence."  As our loving heavenly Father, God sees all the circumstances of our lives. El Roi sees, and He cares about us deeply.  "Can anyone hide from Me?  Am I not everywhere? ... says the Lord."  Jeremiah 23:24  Our thoughts and secrets are not hidden from God. 
Open up your heart and understand that you are never alone; God's love is always there.  El Roi can't take His eyes off of you.  Rest in that promise.  If you have walked away from God, make a decision to return to Him with your whole heart.  He's been waiting for you.  You are significant to Him.
